1. Educational Purpose Only (No Medical Advice)
   All content provided within the Apex Enhanced Academy — including videos, posts, messages, documents, calls, programs, and discussions — is for educational and informational purposes only.
   The Apex Enhanced Academy and its representatives:
   • Are not medical professionals
   • Do not provide medical advice
   • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
   • Do not prescribe or supply medications
   
   Nothing within the academy should be interpreted as medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
   You should always consult your doctor or medical provider before starting, stopping, or modifying:
   • TRT
   • GLP-1 medications
   • Peptides
   • Supplements
   • Training or nutrition protocols
   • Any health-related intervention

2. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
   By participating in the Apex Enhanced Academy, you acknowledge and agree that:
   • You are solely responsible for your own health decisions
   • You assume full responsibility for how you apply any information shared
   • Results are not guaranteed
   • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk
   
   The Apex Enhanced Academy accepts no liability for any outcomes, injuries, side effects, or health issues arising from the use or interpretation of information provided.
   
   

3. Third-Party Providers & Partnerships
   From time to time, the Apex Enhanced Academy may reference or provide access to third-party providers, including but not limited to:
   • TRT clinics
   • Peptide providers
   • Blood testing services
   • Supplement companies
   
   These providers operate independently of the Apex Enhanced Academy.
   
   We:
   • Do not manufacture, sell, prescribe, or distribute medications or peptides
   • Are not responsible for third-party services, products, pricing, advice, assessments, or outcomes
   • Do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of third-party offerings
   
   Any engagement with third-party providers is done entirely at your own discretion and risk. All medical assessments and decisions remain the responsibility of those providers and the individual.
   
   

4. Membership, Access & Payments Monthly Memberships
   • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month via direct debit until cancelled
   • You may cancel at any time by cancelling the direct debit
   • Once cancelled, access to the academy will be removed
   
   Block Bookings (e.g. 3-Month Blocks)
   • Block payments commit for the full duration of the block
   • Cancellation stops future access at the end of the purchased period
   • Early cancellation does not terminate the active block
   
   

5. Refund Policy
   Refunds are handled as follows:
   • Monthly memberships:
   • Partial months may be refunded at discretion. Full months already used are non-refundable.
   • Block bookings:
   • Refunds apply only to unused partial months.
   • Example: If a 3-month block is purchased and 2 months have passed, only the remaining partial month may be refunded.
   
   No refunds are provided for:
   • Completed months
   • Non-participation
   • Failure to engage with the content
   • Change of mind
   
   

6. Failed Payments
   If a payment fails:
   • Access may be temporarily paused until resolved
   • Continued non-payment may result in account removal
   • Reinstatement is not guaranteed
   
   

7. Community Conduct
   The Apex Enhanced Academy is a professional, respectful community.
   We reserve the right to remove members without refund for:
   • Disruptive behaviour
   • Harassment or abuse Misinformation
   • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
   
   

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Apex Enhanced Academy and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the academy.
   
   

9. Acceptance of Terms
   By purchasing or accessing the Apex Enhanced Academy, you confirm that:
   • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
   • You agree to be bound by them
   • You accept full responsibility for your participation and decisions
